President and CEO

Tamunoebite “Ebite” Clement

Tamunoebite “Ebite” Clement is the President and CEO of Kairos Healthcare Inc., where he leads the development of AI-powered clinical decision-support technologies. Trained in Industrial Engineering, Analytics, and Data Science at the Georgia Institute of Technology, Ebite led the development of SEPTR, a dynamic machine-learning system designed to identify and prioritize patients at risk of sepsis. His work combines healthcare analytics, survival machine learning, clinical workflow design, and software development, with additional research experience analyzing Medicaid utilization among children with complex medical conditions. Prior to founding Kairos, he worked at BlackRock in data engineering and Aladdin Client Services, developing experience in large-scale data systems and technology implementation.

Co-Founder

Damilola Fagbamiye

Damilola Fagbamiye is the Co-Founder of Kairos Healthcare Inc., where he contributes to the development of AI-powered clinical decision-support technologies. A mechanical engineer from the Georgia Institute of Technology with a focus on machine learning and healthcare technologies, Damilola brings experience across artificial intelligence research, biomedical engineering, product development, and quality assurance. His research has included AI-driven speech recognition for articulation disorders and microfluidic cell-sorting technologies, while his engineering experience spans medical device design, robotics, and manufacturing. He has also participated in Georgia Tech’s CREATE-X and T.I.L.E. entrepreneurship ecosystems and previously co-founded Xccellerate Motor Corp.

Dr. Eva K. Lee

Dr. Eva K. Lee is an internationally recognized expert in operations research, machine learning, and healthcare analytics. As Director of the Center for Operations Research in Medicine and HealthCare, her work focuses on applying advanced analytics, optimization, and predictive modeling to improve clinical decision-making, patient outcomes, and healthcare delivery. She brings decades of experience spanning medicine, public health, and healthcare systems innovation and advises Kairos on the scientific and translational development of its AI-driven clinical decision-support technologies.
